We want every employee to feel they are an entrepreneur. Rather than working as an employee, an entrepreneur runs a small business and assumes all the risk and reward of a given business venture, idea, or good or service offered for sale.
That is the message rom Mayumi Nakamura, President CEO, PSPinc.
In order for the business transaction to take place, seller and buyer both must feel benefit from the transaction. If either party does not feel they are benefitting from the transaction, the transaction will not take place.
It is very interesting that so many people forget this simple rule.
You must have a clear bag when you go to any event in the US. This is to protect people from possible terrorists. As I understand, the novelty gift for CES (Las Vegas) Press people this year is a clear backpack. This will be a good novelty gift.

Bigger traffic will be coming on the 10th.
I think the true test will be on the 10th of January (9th is Holiday in Japan 成人の日) to test our servers. Today, there are some people in Japan started to work but no as much.
Even new year and after the golden week in May, we have to watch the servers and traffic very carefully.
