I was watching TV and there was a commercial about low price lease offer on 4x2 Lincolin Navigator ... I just realized I don't really know what 4x2 mean. I know it is a 2 wheel drive, but what is the first 4 mean. I check on the net and found that the first 4 is the number of wheels on the car. Last 2 is the wheels with power. So, the 4x4 means vehicle with 4 wheels and power is sent to all 4 wheels.

I asked SIRI first, "what is 4 by 4?" ... The answer was so brilliant ... 16.

PSPinc is not big enough to have its own HR Department so we outsource our HR department to Personnel Management Systems (http://www.hrpmsi.com). They do a good job communicating with everybody and also keep managers up to date on all the regulations. It's essential to have good HR department regardless of the size of the company. If you are not big enough, we recommend PMSI.

Anyone can call PMSI any time without going through management. That is very important.
