Taht is same as Pacific Software Publishing, Inc.
I needed a bank that can help us trasact with Japanese companies in yen.
However, Union Bank is now a part of US Bank.
When I was in Japan, I could not wothrdraw 100,000 yen ... Instaed I had to withraw half of that amount.
I used to have US Bank Accont but I cosed it.
Now I am back with IS Bank ... I do not kow what is going to happen.
But I no longrer have access to Union Bank Onlone System.
I just setup UN Bank Online banking ... I will see what kind of service I get.

Yesterday, the Ethernet ports on my PC suddenly stopped being recognized, which forced me to switch to using Wi-Fi in order to connect to the internet. Today, I approached our server team manager and inquired if there were any unused Ethernet cards available. Thankfully, they had several and were kind enough to provide me with one.
With the manager's assistance, I successfully installed the new Ethernet card, and it was immediately recognized by my system. It's been a seamless experience so far. The new Ethernet card is performing exceptionally well, and I'm thrilled to report that my internet speed is now at its maximum capacity. Needless to say, I'm extremely happy with the outcome.

People Only Use Smartphones
During my business trip to Japan, I gained several insights. One of them is that many people have their smartphones in their hands at all times and are always connected online. From browsing websites, using social media, and exchanging emails to shopping, they do most things on their smartphones. While they may use a computer for work, many do not use one for personal use or even own one.
I also found that in Japan, most communication is done through an application called LINE. This is a phenomenon that has yet to be seen overseas. Although there is an application similar to LINE called WhatsApp, it has fewer users than LINE. What is even more surprising is that LINE is used not only by individuals but also by corporations and local governments.
Additionally, I was surprised to find out that LINE is not an application developed in Japan. In the U.S., TikTok has been called into question due to security concerns. While there should be similar issues with LINE, an interesting situation has emerged in Japan, where even local governments use LINE. At first glance, Japanese people seem concerned about personal information and security. However, in reality, they may not see LINE as a problem or be ignorant of the possibility of information being leaked.
Perhaps the saying "when in Rome, do as the Romans do" or "if you can't beat them, join them" may be true. The current situation in Japan is that smartphone usage is very high, especially for LINE. This trip made me realize that we need to consider smartphones first when developing software and applications in the future.
