I saw this cute truck in Oregon. Electric car is better for an environment ... or is it?
That is all depends on where the electricity coming from, isn't it.
If it comes from coal, it is not environmentally friendly. If it is from nuclear power plant, it can be deadly.

My parent sent this picture last weekend. All cherry trees are blossoming in Ashiya. People usually celebrate the coming of spring by having cherry blossom festivals. But this year, those festivals are being canceled due to the earthquake and tsunami in Japan. My parents and their friend look lonely out there.

Microsoft Office 365

I sign up for the beta test of Microsoft Office 365. It is supposed to be a cloud version of office and online services offered at $5 per seat per month. This service should include the exchange server, share point and full version of Microsoft Office. It sounds very good, although $5 per month per seat is not that cheap for a small companies. But those cloud computing providers are not looking at small businesses.

If I were selected, I will let you know what it is like.

Radiation Meters are Sold Out

Can you believe all the radiation meters are sold out. I can not even find one except at eBay selling at much higher than the retail price. I checked the Washington Sate DOH web site that shows the radiation level. It show no change due to the Fukushima Power Plants.

Playing Golf at New Castle - Coal Creek

My golf course is holding a tournament this weekend, so I went to New Castle. I used to play there a lot. I shot 44/46 today. The weather was not too bad but it was windy and cold. I really miss spring.

New Castle is a cart only course ... I need an exercise.
