Traveling to New Orleans tomorrow to attend The National Minority Supplier Development Council convention. We attended this convention in Las Vegas last year.
I have never been to New Orleans ... I am looking forward to it. I am traveling the red route and Mayumi (President of PSP) is traveling Yellow route.
This is where and how I work everyday. The company got me a tablet (instead of the mouse) yesterday.
There are two new count down clocks at www.clocklink.com.
This is what the server room looks like as of today. I don't see any update from yesterday. The construction is very slow. Can we really open this by the end of next month?
I have been using Maxtor 500GB external hard disk drive for may backup since May 2008. Lately, the fan on this drive started make noise and was getting worse. So, I asked my company's support team to replace the fan.
We have opened the unit and found the fan just needed some lubrication. They took care of that. Then they ask me if I wanted to upgrade 500MB drive to 1TB drive. They had 4 1TB drives in stock. I said "Yes". and now I have 1TB external drive that is faster and quieter than before.
It took less than 1/2 hour for all this. If you have an external hard disk unit that is more than a year old, I recommend you swap your drive to bigger and better drive. It is one of the cheapest upgrades you can do to your computer.
I am nit the only one who can miss spell something. I found this at the parking lot of Overlake Shopping Mall where Sears on 148th is in Redmond.
It looks like NO from the other side.
I don't usually have time to watch TV, but there are several TV series I really like to watch. One of such TV series is called "House". But I don't have time watch it on TV. I watch it on the Internet. The site is called hulu.com. This site is like watvhing TV at home. Try it and let me know what you think?
This site is only available in north America. I could not watch the show in Japan.
We are bringing in another fiber optic line into our HQ to make it redundant. This is a part of the effort to build secondary data center at our HQ facility.
My first venture after PSPINC is now released. ScannedCards.com is the application service that store your business cards information the cloud and enables you to exchange with other members.
With ScannedCards.com, you will never need to update your contact information, since the information in the cloud is always up to date. When you update your information, everyone whom you have exchanged business cards with are automatically updated.
The walls around the data center at PSP HQ are being built using concrete blocks. Today, there is a door frame being installed. A/C duct work are being done inside. No electric work yet.
