『かぼすこ』　と　『つぶがい』

「さかなでいっぱい」　に置いてもらっている　「かぼすこ」　を使い。

『つぶ貝の酢味噌』　に掛けてを食べました。

かぼすの香りと辛みが絶妙！


酢味噌の味がさらに引き立って、「つぶ貝の刺身」　が最高に美味しい。


　　　　★どの料理にも使える、万能の唐辛子調味料です。

この時期、魚もいいですが、貝類もいいですね。

アサリやマテ貝が美味しい季節になりました。
