サントリー京都ビール工場見学

先週、京都長岡京市にあるサントリーの京都ビール工場に行ってきました。

サントリーの児玉さんのご案内により、大分県の出身と関係者たち20数名での見学です。

広い敷地に立派な建物、最新設備の綺麗な工場でした。

ビールは、「天然水」　「麦」　「ホップ」　の3っが主原料。

麦は澱粉の多い　「二条大麦」、ホップは薫り高い欧州産　「アロマホップ」　を使用。

熊本にサントリーの工場があるとは聞いていました。
近くにあるのですね。
