アワビに似た巻貝の一種。

アワビと同様にとても高級な食材です。

酒蒸し、含め煮、バターソテーにしても旨い！

これは、バターソテーで出ました。

日本酒のアテに良いのですが、ここではキープしている芋焼酎と。
