関西と関東の違い　『亀山』　と...

先日、裏六甲の　「農家食堂」　でいただきました。

『亀山』　です。

餡は甘さ控えめ、白砂糖が掛かっています。


【関西と関東の　「しるこ」　と　「ぜんざい」　の違い】
　　一般には、しることは、小豆のあんを、お湯で溶き砂糖などを加えて、煮込み、白玉やお餅を入れたもの。
　　しかし関西では、こしあんを使用したものを　「しるこ」、粒あんを使ったものを　「ぜんざい」　と呼んでいる。

　　それに対して、関東では、道明寺餅や、白玉餅の上に濃い練り餡をかけたものを　「ぜんざい」　といい、
　　関西では、これを　「小倉」　又は　「亀山」　と呼ぶ。
　　関西のぜんざいは、関東の　「田舎しるこ」　のこと。


　　★「喜八洲」のおはぎに続いて「亀山」、つぶ餡の小豆が大好きなおいさんには嬉しい食べ物です。

わたしは「お汁粉」です。
粒餡が苦手なのでおゼンザイはパスです。(^^ゞ

「亀山」というのはしらなかったです。
