まなかつお刺身

これは珍しい刺身です。

記憶では初めて食べたかも。

『まなかつお』　は塩焼きではよく食べますが。

刺身では初めてです。（軽く炙りを入れています）

新鮮ではなければ刺身には出来ません。

淡路物とか。　（さかなのマスター）

脂がよく乗って、まろやかな甘味がありクセはありません。


　★寒いので　「薩摩美人のお湯割り」　でいただきました。
