最高賞トロフィーを受賞するなど、世界的に高い評価を受けている蔵元です。

変わったネーミングということもあり人気酒になっています。

炭素ろ過をしてないので、やや着色があり。

八反錦５１％以上使用。

純米酒は熟成によって旨みが増し、円やかになり、冷からお燗まで幅広い楽しみ方が出来ます。

この酒は無添加で丁寧に醸した純米酒、奥深い香味。

　　★食中酒、燗もよい、　「いわしのフライ」　で。
