昔懐かしいポン菓子です。

子供の頃はよく町内にポン菓子屋さんが来てました。

お米を持っていくとポン菓子を作ってくれました。

圧力釜で炒って釜から出すときの大音響が　「ポン！」　　

吃驚！　しますが、それが楽しかったものです。

今ではお祭りの縁日や、このようなイベントでしか見れなくなりました。

この日のポン菓子は、酒蔵らしい材料のお米が酒米の　「山田錦」　を使用。

　　　★行列が出来るほどの人気でした。
