御手洗酒店で角打ち仲間といただきました。

思っていたより美味しい。


この日の、ミタライアテは　「おでん」

寒い日はこれに限ります。

以前焼肉でいただきましたが
あまり良い印象が有りませんでした
燻製だと匂いが消え美味しいのかな

そうですね。
豚タンはそのままでは少し癖があります。
燻製をすることで臭みが取れて美味しくなってます。
皆さん美味しくいただいていました。
