蕎麦を茹でた蕎麦湯を使い焼酎割りを作ります。

もちろん使う焼酎は蕎麦焼酎です。

　『十割（とわり）そば全量』　　宝酒造黒壁蔵　　宮崎県高鍋町

そば麹を使用し全量蕎麦だけで作った蕎麦焼酎です。

製造は特許を取っています。

ほんのりと蕎麦の香りが漂う、まろやかな蕎麦焼酎です。

　★そば湯で割ると更にまろやかで美味しくなります。
