迷った挙句にこれを。

山口県岩国の銘酒です。

　『雁木　純米無濾過　直汲みうすにごり　初しぼり新酒』

新酒は口開け直後は、酒質がまだ硬くとげがありますが、

しばらく置いて空気を入れると味がまろやかになります。

更に温度が少し上がると硬さが取れて味に深みが出てきます。

　　★まさに日本酒は生き物です。
