今年も　『志手ぽんかん』　が届きました

毎年この時期に頂く　『志手ぽんかん』　が大分より贈られてきました。

大分市志手の農家７戸が栽培しているブランド品。

香りが強く甘味や果汁が多いのが特徴。

今年の出来は小粒だが糖度などは例年通りに仕上がってると。

昨年１２月中旬に収穫し、いったん倉庫で保管することでまろやかな味になる。

出荷は３月まで続き、昨年より少ない約１１トンを見込んでいると言う。

早速いただきましたが、昨年より甘みは強く美味しいと思います。
