『雁木　純米無濾過　ひと火』　山口県岩国の銘酒！

「しんの介」　昨日の〆の店（４軒目）。

〆の酒は、日本酒です。

何杯飲んでも、雁木は呑み飽きしません。

辛口でサッパリ、しっかり奥行きのある酒です。

この酒に、痛風病の方にはお薦めしません　「辛子明太」

　　　　★〆には最高の酒と最高のアテです。
