これも大分県を代表する特産物　「かぼす」　を使用したお菓子です。

クッキーにカボス練り餡をサンドした、紅茶に合う美味しいお菓子です。

販売は別府の温泉街にあるJAグループの　「ホテル別府パストラル」　

おいさんの妹が勤めているホテルです。

　　★このホテル、元阪神の城島捕手が結婚式を挙げたところです。
