「なめこ水煮」　の缶詰は初めて見ました。

ネットで調べると、いろんなメーカーから出ているようですね。

あまり料理に使うことがありませんので知りませんでした。

水煮にしているので使いやすいです。

普通は、味噌汁やお澄ましに入れていただきました。

生とは違いますが、袋入りである物とは一緒ですね。
このまま味噌汁やお吸い物などに落すだけで簡単に使えます。
水煮で味が付いてないのでどんな料理にも使えるかも。
