日本酒造りには、米、気候・風土、水、技術がおりなって素晴らしい日本酒が醸されます。

その中でも特に水は重要で、良質の水は酒造りには欠かせません。

“灘の硬水、伏見の軟水”　と言われますが、軟・硬水、中硬水は関係ありません。

【山水】　　老松酒造　　大分県日田市
日田は、かつて江戸幕府の天領で、水郷日田とも言われ九州山地の美しい山々に囲まれた名水の地。

【菊水】　　菊水酒造　　新潟県新発田市
加治川周辺には豊富な地下水脈があり、飯豊連峰の雪解け水を含む清冽な伏流水があります。

ずいぶん明るい綺麗なお店ですね。 
お酒の揃えも見事。 
それに、ポスターが冴えますね。

おおはた酒店！居心地のいい角打ち店ですよ！
大分長浜角打ち学会の溝口会長もよく来られていますし、
ＯＢＳの松井さんもお連れしたら最近常連さんになりました。
ご主人も女将さんも、大喜びです。
