利き酒のあとは試飲会です！

利き酒が終了すると、料理を食べながらの試飲会に入ります。

何せ、土居杜氏が厳選した、大吟醸、純米吟醸（火入れ）、特別純米（生）、純米（生・火入れ）

そして、珍しい　「純米おり絡み」、　夏の酒　「別囲い・夏吟々」　と続きます。

更に凄いのが！　土居杜氏が以前いた蔵　「本州一（番外品）気鋭の雫・純米（火入れ）」　が登場！

旭鳳は全体的に辛口の酒ですので、料理にはよく合うし、飲み疲れしません。

　　　　★土居杜氏ファン、旭鳳ファンにとっては嬉しいラインナップでした。
