昨日の　「さかなでいっぱいプラス」　はお盆休みに関わらずお店は超満席が続きました。

アルバイトは全員盆休みで帰省し、常連のお客さんである女性が３名助っ人で入る。

こんな日に限って満席大盛況！　飲食業は予測が立たないとマスター！

この日いただいた魚料理です。

　　『インド産　マグロ頬肉炙り』　　『愛媛産　スズキの造り』　　『淡路物　活タコ刺し』

　　　　　★どれも見事な味でした。　さすがさかなさんです。
