イクラではありません、鮭の筋子です！

日本酒のアテには最高です！！

【筋子とイクラの違い】
　　筋子（すじこ）とは、サケ科魚類の、卵巣に入ったままの卵。または、その塩蔵加工品。
　　その名の通り、筋（スジ）のような卵巣膜によって卵が繋がっている。
　　この卵巣膜を取り除きバラバラにしたものをイクラもしくはバラ子と呼ぶ。

今年は筋子の入荷は早いですね。昨日今年はじめての加工をしました。
