　『豊潤特別純米芳醇辛口』　小松酒造場　大分県宇佐市大洲

県内で一番の辛口酒に挑戦してみよう！という切っ掛けで生まれた純米酒。

今期は日本酒度　「+１3」　と数字的にはかなりの辛口。

しかし、飲んでみると、「痛い」ような辛さは全く感じません。

スーと入って来て、ほどよくコクを感じさせ、スッと引きながら最後にパンとキレる。
爽快感もしっかりとあり、食事をしながら抵抗なく何杯でもおかわりが出来てしまう
