若鶏のハラミ！　鶏のハラミとは？

牛だけでなく鶏にも　“ハラミ”　という部位があるんです！

鶏のハラミは腹膜と言い、モモやムネの様な肉ではなく、牛ホルモンに近い！

このハラミは一羽から2枚しか採取出来ない希少部位です！
