大分産かぼす！ 大分産かぼす！

この時期になるとカボスは色づき　 “黄かぼす” 　に！

カボスは接ぎ木で育てられますので接ぎ木の違いで品質の差が出てきます！

中にはこれだけの大きさの差が！　小さいのが通常の大きさです！

大きなカボスは、蕎麦切り重娯の田中さんから頂いたものです。

かなり違いますね！
接ぎ木した柑橘系によりこの違いがでてきます。
別名　「みかんカボス」　とも言われています。
