大分県の県南、津久見から佐伯にかけて高級魚であるアラが上がります。

大分ではクエとは言わずにアラと呼びます！

白身でクセがなく身が締まり、刺身でも鍋、塩焼きでもどんな料理にも合います。

　　　★家飲みの肴としては贅沢過ぎますが、安いのです！
