『間八（カンパチ）』　　大きなカンパチのカマがあったので塩焼きに。
　　　
値段は養殖も天然も高く、アジ科養殖魚ではシマアジ、カンパチ、ブリに順に高い。
　　　
カンパチは小さくても味がいい、刺身はもちろん、照焼、フライ、煮つけ等と美味しい。
