秋鹿の新酒一発目の速醸純米生酒。

原料米は全量山田錦、　精白は70％、　醸造年度は26BY（今年の新酒です）

口当たりは瑞々しく、シャープ感を伴うしっかりとした酸が広がります。

綺麗な飲み口でついつい盃が進んでしまいます。
