白ミル貝（通称白ミル）和名はナミガイ｡　本ミル貝とは別種｡

白っぽい貝に20~30cmの水管が、刺身にするとおいしいです。

本ミル貝（別名ミルクイ）今やアワビﾞより希少な幻の貝、貝の中の最高級品｡

漁師さんでもたべれません。　寿司屋では時価で出します。

　　★本ミル貝は、絶滅の危機がありましたが最近は少しずつ増えてきているようです。
