淡路物の　「しらす釜揚げ」　です！

太平洋と瀬戸内海の海流がぶつかり、 豊かな漁場を育んでいる鳴門海峡で獲れたしらすの釜揚げ。

水揚げされる港は、淡路島南端の福良港。

しらすに適したウルメイワシの子です。
