今日の、さかなでいっぱいプラスのメニューにあります。

飛び魚の刺身は珍しいですね。

関西ではあまり食べる事は出来ません。

九州物が多いのですが、これは島根産のようです。

トビウオはお出汁にしても美味しいから、お刺身も美味しいでしょうね。
まだ食べたことがありません。

トビウオの刺身は珍しいですよね。
身は柔らかくアジやイワシに似ていますね。

トビウオ美味しいですね。
この時期は旬ではないと思いますが・・・
トビウオの旬は種類によっても違うようで、
市場では「春とび」と呼ばれるものと「夏とび」と呼ばれるものがありますが・・・？
