香川県の川鶴酒造が出している珍しいお酒です。

讃岐観音寺伊吹島特産のいりこ（片口いわし煮干）を炙って使用！

別袋に入っているイリコを入れて熱燗（65～70度）で温めていただきます。

　　★いりこのクセもなく、飲みやすくて美味しい！

熱燗で飲みましたが、クセは無く美味しかったですよ！
頼さんとこに置いてるようですね。
またここで今度はまったりと角打ちがしたいです。
