貝3種類の盛り合わせです。　今回はこの3種！

　　『サザエ』
　　　　淡路物の活サザエです。

　　『ホッキ貝』
　　　　北海道産。　ホッキ（北寄）貝の正式名称は、ウバガイ（姥貝）です。

　　『ミル貝』
　　　　二枚貝の中ではもっとも高価なものです。
