本日提供される、さかなの料理です。

この画像の　「平スズキ」　が今日の一押しです。

【ヒラスズキ】
　　スズキが河口や湾内に多いのに比べて海流が洗う荒磯に多い。
　　身質はスズキと違う。スズキには川魚のような匂い香りがあるが本種には皆無。
　　どこかイサキやコイチ（ニベ科）に似ている。
　　この刺身の味わいは抜群で食感もよく、旨味も充分、後味に甘味が残る。
