この時期のサワラは産卵期、卵を... この時期のサワラは産卵期、卵を持っています。 鰆の産卵時期！今が旬です！

大阪、神戸の中央魚市場でサワラが毎日大量に水揚げされてると言う情報が！

春からこの時期はサワラの産卵期！　多くのサワラが大阪湾や瀬戸内に入ってきます。

新鮮なサワラは刺身や炙りが美味しい！　塩焼きや照り焼き、天ぷらも美味しい！

　　★また産卵期には卵巣が売られていることがあるが、これも美味です。
