北海道知床ウトロから届いた　『サメカレイ』　です！

初めて聞く名前です！

さかなのマスターも　「サメカレイは４０年包丁握ってるけど初めて捌いた！」　と！

「メチャクチャええな～♪　どちらも刺身で１皿３８０円で！」　という事で、

　　　　　★今から食べに行きま～す！

基本はカレイの味ですがとても美味しかったですよ！
脂がのり甘みが強く、カレイより味が濃厚でした。
