こちらでは「かすうどん」というnamigでホルモンうどんを出しているお店がありますが、たべたことはありません。
「粕（粕汁）うどん」と間違っていました。

「かすうどん」　というのですか！
確かに、粕うどんと間違いやすいですよね＾＾
この使用してるうどんは　「加ト吉讃岐うどん」　です＾＾
