通に言わせると　「春・夏フグのほうが美味しいかも！」　と！

大分は一年中、フグを楽しむ事ができます。（フグ専門店が数多くあります）

また大分はテッサ一枚が分厚く、一枚づつ食べても十分にボリュームがあります。

ここは　「臼杵フグ」　と言われる豊後フグの本場、臼杵市に本店のある料亭です。
