大分県臼杵の銘菓！　

曲げた煎餅と平らな煎餅があり、いずれも形は臼を、模様は木目を表現。

臼杵特産の生姜の風味を生かした独特の味が特徴です。

包装は国宝臼杵石仏の大日如来がデザインされています。

　　　★子供の頃からよく食べていました。
