★並々と注がれた量り売りの焼酎を一滴も溢さずにロックグラスに！
　一滴も溢さない！これが意外と難しいのです！

　　　＝角打ち士認定２級資格＝

①先ず焼酎をロックグラスに溢さずにふちに持ってくる
②ロックグラスに付けたまま傾けて三分の一ほど注ぐ
③残りは焼酎を持ち上げてロックグラスに注ぐ
　
　　　※一滴も溢さなければ、あなたは角打ち士２級です！
　　　※水割りグラスでも一緒、半分ずつ注ぐのは好みで。
