愛媛産イサキ！

大分県と愛媛県の海域を豊後水道と豊予海峡と言い、魚介類の宝庫です。　

四季折々の魚が獲れ、その愛媛県側の豊予海峡で獲れた　「大イサキ」　です。

本来は塩焼きが美味いし定番ですが、活きのいい物は刺身に。
