できるだけ自然に近い環境で作られた「山田錦」を精米歩合35％まで磨き込み醸し出された純米大吟醸酒。
気品ある上立ち香と含み香の調和がよく、きめ細やかな味わいが特徴です。

「フランスの最高級ワイン（ロマネコンティ）にも引けを取らない日本酒を造りたい」という蔵元の姿勢は、
酒は芸術品であることを私たちに自覚させます。
