秋田県生まれの希少な酒造好適米「美郷錦（みさとにしき）」を生もと造りで醸しあげた特別純米。
香り程よく飲み気を誘い、なめらかで練れた味わいがたまらなくウマい！
冷えた状態では爽やかな香味でキレの良さを感じ、更に少し温度が上がると
「生もと造り」らしいコクと旨味をハッキリと感じる表情豊かなお酒です。

また、開栓後、２〜３日の時間が経つと更にしなやかな伸びのある味わいをお楽しみ頂けます。
