モズクの天ぷらとソーキそば モズクの天ぷらとソーキそば

どちらも沖縄を代表する食べ物です。

モズクの天ぷらは、沖縄モズクを使い作るてんぷらです。

【ソーキそば】
　　「ソーキ」　とは梳（すき）の訛りで、豚の肋骨（ろっこつ）が櫛に似た形状であるため、
　　あばら肉もソーキと呼び習わすようになり、アバラ肉が入ったものをソーキそばと呼ぶ。
　　「そば」　と呼びますが蕎麦粉は使わず小麦粉が原料です。
