大分特産クロメ！ クロメのお吸い物も美味しい！ クロメのお吸い物も美味しい！

この時期が旬の大分特産の 「クロメ」

佐賀関半島から津久見、鶴見崎、米水津、佐伯の豊後水道の海岸線で採れます！

ワカメではなく昆布の仲間で以前は佐賀関半島一帯の天然物が中心でしたが、

今は養殖物も増えてきました！

味はやや苦味があり粘りが強く歯応えがあり、熱を通すと青く変色します！

★そのまま刻んで醤油を掛けて薬味にネギや青じそ、胡麻で食べます！味噌汁に入れても美味しい♪
