新物いかなごのくぎ煮！

それにしても今年のイカナゴ（新子）は高騰しました！

昨年も高値が続きましたが今年は更に、最終日（3/19)でも1kgが3,000円と超高値！

以前は出始めこそ高いですが終盤になると1Kgが600円程度まで下がってました。

そういう事で今年はイカナゴの釘煮は炊きませんでした！　（炊かなかった家庭も多くあるようです）

　　　　★そこで飲食店で少しずつ大事にいただいております♪
