　　　　常圧蒸留・白麹仕込
　　　　すべて地元宇佐で収穫された裸麦、”一番星”を使用しています。
　　　　この麦焼酎のこだわりのひとつです。

　　　　大分県宇佐麦の裸麦（一番星）を原料に全ての工程を手仕事で醸しました。
　　　　麦本来の薫りと甘みをお楽しみください。

　　　　裸麦の持つ特性の甘さが香味の特徴でその上柔らかで飲み易さが自慢の麦焼酎です。

神戸角打ち学会の千社札は約２年ほど前に作成しました！
お酒のボトルに貼って楽しんでいます♪
