アジ類の仲間では一番高級なさかなです。　（BY：さかな）

天然物はさらに高級で殆ど出回らない。

　★身が締まり上品な甘みが、高級魚の印です♪

刺身用アジ類ではシマアジ、カンパチ、ブリの順に高い。
