【ふるさと大分の旅 No.63 令和2年11月10日】

郷土料理居酒屋のかみ風船の続きです！

トラフグの白子が出たらトラフグの刺し身を食べなければ！

と言うことで注文しました！♪

大分ではフグの刺し身を「テッサ」とは言わず「フグ刺身」「フグ刺し」と言います！♪

　★やはり大分の豊後フグは美味しい！♪

他には「特大キンキンの一夜干し」、これは脂が乗り旨い！♪
